1 Freedom of Speech & Acceptable Use

We fundamentally believe in and support freedom of speech, expression, and thought globally. You are unequivocally free to operate political sites, journalistic architectures, VPN nodes to bypass national censorship, and compliant outreach marketing securely on our network.

However, we draw a strict line on malicious abuse. Freedom of speech is not a shield for criminality. We explicitly forbid:

• DDoS attacks, network flooding, or botnet command coordination.
• Phishing attacks, malware distribution, or ransomware hosting operations.
• Child exploitation materials (CSAM), severe terrorism coordination, or explicit illegal threats.
• Unsolicited, illegal spam (we support fully compliant CAN-SPAM bulk mailers only).

2 Resource Allocation & IP Cleanliness

We pride ourselves on provisioning pristine IPv4 and IPv6 assets. Users must not intentionally pollute our IP space by mass-listing assets on global spam registries through reckless behavior. If abuse is detected, our NOC team will work with you cooperatively to resolve it, keeping your system online provided the abuse was not maliciously intended.

3 DMCA & Copyright

We handle copyright takedown requests sensibly. If you are operating a VPN or proxy network architecture where you merely route traffic blindly, our policy is to legally pass the notice to you for internal resolution within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48 hours for severe infractions), rather than instantly null-routing your server hardware impulsively.

4 Payment & Termination

Leasing agreements are strictly month-to-month. There are no lock-ins. If you decide to transition your infrastructure elsewhere, you may terminate gracefully at the end of your billing cycle. If a categorical and malicious violation of Section 1 occurs, we strictly reserve the right to suspend the service immediately without refund to protect our ASN's aggregate routing reputation.
