Privacy Policy

At IPYE, your right to privacy goes beyond an empty corporation promise—it is encoded directly into our technical philosophy. We design architecture to respect user autonomy globally.

What Data We Collect

To maintain a legal and verifiable infrastructure backbone, we intrinsically collect fundamental data exclusively:

  • Account Details: Registration email addresses securely encrypted, plus standard commercial billing details to process your lease effectively.
  • RIR Requirements: Extended documentation intentionally obtained only if you explicitly enlist our team to register an Autonomous System Number to authorities (ARIN, RIPE).
  • Server Metrics: Standard automated switch metrics representing raw bandwidth graphs and hardware uptime strictly analyzed internally for SLA troubleshooting.

What We Do NOT Collect

We respect uncompromised internet progression entirely. Therefore, structurally:

No Packet Inspection

We do not implement Deep Packet Inspection (DPI). Your outbound and incoming traffic payloads traverse our routing gear blindly.

No Data Reselling

We do not aggregate and sell client metadata, company routing maps, or IP-linked identity to corporate marketing firms globally.

No Invasive VPN Logging

Running a VPN? We do not continuously sniff or log individual TCP/UDP connections bouncing out of bare metal nodes.

Data Requests & Subpoenas

As a compliant network registrar, we observe valid regional and international legal doctrines. However, we fundamentally mandate strict procedural correctness. We do not voluntarily or loosely hand over sensitive operations files to agencies without stringent, documented procedures typically requiring direct legal subpoenas or equivalent court orders strictly binding to our corporate jurisdiction.

Tracking Technologies

Our platform dashboard implements highly minimalistic session cookies necessary purely for cryptographic authentication validation. We rigorously avoid injecting aggressive cross-site advertising scripts structurally built to follow you after you depart our portal.
